My data plan doesn't start until when?

Your valid date period begins ONLY after you have activated the eSim on your device, connected to the local network and begin using your data.

Can I keep my WhatsApp number?

YES, as long as you are using your eSimy data plan for internet access you may continue to use your original mobile number for WhatsApp, FaceTime and iMessage.

Is there a specific network that I will be connecting to?

Can I share my internet (Hotspot) with other devices?

How can I determine if my phone is capable of supporting an eSIM?

The easiest way is to enter *#06# into your phone. If you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM. iPhone models from iPhone XR / XS onwards, Samsung S20 and later, and Pixel 3 and later are also supported.

Will I lose my home phone number?

NO, you can continue to use your original physical SIM card for receiving SMS messages (such as Bank OTPs), and for emergency calls. You simply select the eSIM for "Mobile Data" in your phone's settings.

What happens if I go over my allocated amount of data?

You can easily purchase additional data through the eSimy Dashboard. No need to install a new eSIM, the additional data will simply be added to your existing account.
